Application Specialist (f/m/d) Haemostasis Analysers Location Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Your responsibilities

  • Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors and partners in the EMEA region for haemostasis analysers, reagents and applications
  • Handling requests on application as well as analytical issues including the appropriate documentation, processing and partly forwarding of service requests to relevant support units
  • Planning, preparing and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
  • Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
  • Providing installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
  • Conducting application training and taking part in other trainings in our training centre
  • Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarters in Japan

Your profile

  • Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with haemostasis testing in the laboratory
  • Expert knowledge in haemostasis
  • Profound experience as a product trainer
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
  • Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way via phone or email
  • Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (30 - 50 %)
