Your responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for international trainers and trainees and offer support in all internal training matters for technical, application and HR training at our headquarters and for our affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region
- Plan, create, publish and administrate courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) for face-to-face training, virtual training and e-learning
- Consult our trainers in the creation of engaging learning journeys following blended learning approaches and offer support in different online learning technologies
- Conduct training and provide support for international administrators and trainers to ensure the successful launch of our internal LMS
- Manage training services like room booking, transportation, accommodation and restaurant reservation
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or equivalent education
- Strong service orientation and good organisational skills
- Strong (English) communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Proactive, structured, and pragmatic work style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Intercultural competence and enthusiastic about working in a multicultural team
