The start-up company, established in 2016, is founded on the idea of improving the lives of researchers and patients by providing innovative solutions for optimal transport of living cells and biologic structures.
To support our team in Hamburg/Norderstedt we’re currently looking for a Technical Projekt Leader (f/m/d) - Fulltime
Yours Responsibilites
- Lead product-focused research & development projects around our live cell logistic solutions.
- Manage cross-functional project teams from scoping, R&D, product development to tech-transfer activities.
- Develop innovative solutions for relevant cell logistics needs in collaboration with experts and external development partners.
- Supervise Cellbox Solutions’ contributions in consortium projects.
- Participate in nourishing our R&D roadmaps.
- Interact with our global distribution partners and customers, ensuring alignment of product development scope.
- Closely cooperate with Production, Quality Management, Business Development, and Marketing stakeholders in realizing the company’s innovation goals.
What you´re offering
- Trained technician or engineer, ideally with experience in technical project management and product development
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Preferably, relevant experience in Biotech, Medtech or similar fields
- Good background knowledge in hardware and software development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel occasionally
