Trainee Technical Sales (m/f/d)


What You Will Do

  • Work on existing customer pipeline together with Sales in the countries in order to support sales development and ensure a consistent sales process
  • Identify further potential contract manufacturing customers on a global level (emphasis on Asia-Pacific region)
  • Coordinate with Product Supply, factories, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Quality, R&D, Regulatory and Legal stakeholders
  • Support the team throughout the entire business cycle and coordinate as well as follow up from initial contact to closing, e.g.:
    • Creating marketing material
    • Occasionally prepare tours of manufacturing sites for customers
    • Create quotes
    • Gather customer feedback and respond to questions
    • Contract negotiations
    • Contract management
    • Support of existing customers
  • Support in identifying and utilizing potentials for synergies and standardization

Who You Are

A college graduate with a passion for sales, a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn. Previous work experience is not a must.

  • Academic degree in industrial engineering, in a business or healthcare-related field
  • No more than 2 years professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Openness to international working methods and good communication and social skills for working with others
  • Adaptive communication style and ability to communicate on all levels of the business
  • Excellent language skills in English, additional languages can be beneficial
