International Application Specialist (f/m/x) Haemostasis Analysers
Your responsibilities
- Providing 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors and partners in the EMEA region for haemostasis analysers, reagents and applications
- Handling requests on application as well as analytical issues including the appropriate documentation, processing and partly forwarding of service requests to relevant support units
- Planning, preparing and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
- Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
- Providing installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
- Conducting application training and taking part in other trainings in our training centre
- Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarters in Japan
Your profile
- Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
- Knowledge of and experience in working with haemostasis testing in the laboratory, ideally with Sysmex haemostasis analysers
- Expert knowledge in haemostasis
- Profound experience as a product trainer
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way via phone or email
- Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (30 - 50 %)
