Your responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and realise EMEA wide marketing communication projects, product launches and awareness campaigns in alignment with strategic annual planning
  • Take responsibility for project budget planning and control in alignment with head of department
  • Provide qualified advice on omnichannel communication for specific business lines and subject areas on the optimised use of budget and planning of measures to achieve the strategic marketing goals
  • Support the local marketing communication specialists in our EMEA affiliates in the  implementation of marketing communication measures
  • Interface and communicate with internal and international cross-functional teams including product/scientific marketing, strategy and design experts, online experts as well as external suppliers/ agencies
  • Take responsibility for the CI implementation and control for print and digital measures as well as photo, 3D motion design and video productions

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of practical experience, preferably in the B2B/healthcare sector or with agency work experience
  • Degree in marketing, communication or equivalent
  • Agile project management allrounder for 360-degree marketing communication projects
  • Strong networker with interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
  • Result-oriented approach, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple complex projects incl. budgets simultaneously
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English and German, verbal and written
  • Highly structured and efficient work style with attention to details and deadlines
