Lead Product Developer Digital Technologies (m/f/d)

What You Will Do

• Being the technical lead for the development of innovative digital technologies you will be responsible for
  • Develops product concepts and solutions and tests/validations
  • Ensures development process quality acc. to standards
  • Steers parts of development team and/or supplier
  • Coordination of system certification together with external partners
  • Ressource management responsibility of project timing and budget
• Prototyping
• Creating and exploring ingenious solutions with high market relevance
• Literature and patent research
• Handling of the technical documentation including
  • Specification of Hardware and Software
  • Specification of System Security
  • Validation of System and Software
  • Definition of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Who You Are

• Academic degree in engineering (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in one of the following disciplines: electrical engineering, medical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or similar
• Min. 5 years of experience in specification, development and verification of Hardware / Software for active (medical) products
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (ISO 60601, IEC 62366)
• Data analytical skills for statistical evaluation (required)
• Knowledge in Biomechanics is beneficial
• Programming Skills ideally in Matlab, VBA, or similar
• Project managing skills
• Team player personality
• Sense for urgency
• Analytical Thinking
• Proactive and hands on mentality  
• Fluent English
