Chiesi GmbH once again recognized as Top Employer in Germany in 2016

For the fifth time in a row, Chiesi GmbH of Hamburg received the Top Employer award from the Top Employers Institute. Each year, the Institute certifies international employers with outstanding personnel management and strategy. To receive the coveted award, the company undergoes a multi-step certification process. In the first step, a comprehensive questionnaire on personnel strategy, the implementation of personnel policies and practices, monitoring and communication of working conditions as well as employee development is submitted. Then the Top Employers Institute verifies and validates the information, for example through on-site interviews with employees. If the company's information and processes correspond to the high standards of the Top Employers Institute, then, as was the case with Chiesi, the company is awarded the title of "Top Employer." With regard to employee offers, the Top Employers Institute rated the following categories: talent strategy, personnel planning, onboarding, training and development, performance management, leadership development, career & succession planning, compensation and benefits, as well as corporate culture. Steffen Neefe, Country Manager DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region at the Top Employers Institute: "Optimal employee conditions lead to people developing themselves in both their private and professional lives. Our detailed study revealed that Chiesi GmbH has created an outstanding employee environment and offers a wide spectrum of creative initiatives ranging from secondary benefits and working conditions to a performance management system that is completely in sync with its corporate culture." In addition to the award as "Top Employer Germany" Chiesi can also look forward to the title of "Top Employer Europe" as, in addition to Chiesi Germany, the subsidiaries in France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the UK were also recognized. "Being once again certified as a "Top Employer Europe" shows that we are on the right track. We want to offer our employees a good workplace with opportunities for development, because we know that motivated and satisfied employees make up the foundation of the Chiesi GmbH Germany.
