EndoChoice announces Launch of its Initial Public Offering

EndoChoice today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock, which will represent 25.6% of its outstanding common stock following its conversion into a Delaware corporation in connection with the offering. The initial public offering price is currently estimated to be between $15 and $17 per share. The underwriters for the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of EndoChoice common stock. EndoChoice has applied to list the common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “GI”. J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. William Blair and Stifel are acting as co-managers for the offering.
